Living Hope Christian
College
Living Hope Christian College stands in Kihihi Village, Kanungu District, South West Uganda — a beacon of possibility in a region where educational opportunity has long been scarce. Designed to serve up to 600 students, including many children from the marginalized Batwa community, the school represents far more than classrooms and textbooks.
"Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it."
Proverbs 22:6
It is a place where academic excellence, spiritual formation, and practical life skills come together to equip the next generation with confidence and purpose.
Academic
Children develop critical thinking, foundational knowledge, and the tools to become competitive, capable leaders.
Spiritual
Students grow in faith, understanding their identity in Christ and becoming impactful disciples in their communities.
Social
Children build healthy relationships, emotional resilience, and become advocates for the dignity of the Batwa people.
Vocational
Practical skills equip graduates to serve their families and communities with confidence and self-reliance.
As students grow in knowledge and character, Living Hope Christian College will become a lasting source of transformation and hope throughout the region. The school does not simply educate children — it invests in the future leaders of Uganda, many of whom will be the first in their families ever to receive a formal education.
The Batwa have historically been excluded from the educational systems that surround them. This school is a direct answer to that injustice — extending dignity and opportunity to those whom the world has overlooked.
